Scarifying

Scarifying is required when there is a large build up of Moss caused by the "Thatch" on your lawn which stops your grass growing to its full potential. The Scarifiying machine collects the dead "Thatch" on the surface of the grass and clearing the way for the healthy green grass to grow.

Hollotining (Aeration)

This is usually carried out between October and April. Hollotining pierces the top layer and aerates the soil whilst improving the drainage by reducing the long term compaction of the soil. The core soil taken out is left to break down on the grass surface and works as a top dressing.
